The chairman of District Legal Services Authority Santunu Jha, who is also the district judge said good health and strong character is the foundation of a strong nation. Following on the footsteps of Swami Vivekananda as part of celebration of birth anniversary, we have taken initiative to encourage the youth and students towards sports and games and character building. It is a pity that our younger generation is busy with mobile games and remain aloof from much physical activities, which can help them to build a healthy body, free from diseases and a strong character. In such circumstances we are trying to organise different activities to help the younger generation towards building good health and strong character. The football match today at BS Park Baidyabati is a step towards that object. We want to explore the hidden talents among the under privileged, the teaching and vision of Swami Vivekananda towards nation building is our guiding light.
